Brown, Charles T. B/W photo of Charles T. Brown. The 1870 St. Peter census lists Charles T. Brown (age 49, real estate dealer from Maine) and his wife, Susan. Two children are also listed. A note on the photo states that C. T. Brown was the father of Emily Brown. Brown was the Registrar of the United States Land Office in St. Peter, MN from March 17, 1865 until it moved to New Ulm in 1870.
