North Mankato Aerial Photo. Color aerial photo showing much of lower North Mankato. The old Main Street Bridge/Belgrade Avenue Bridge is visible at the top of the photo. Tanley Field Ballpark, which was located on the site of the present Monroe School at 441 Monroe Avenue, is also visible. Center Street runs north and south to the right of Tanley Field. Garfield School, at 320 Garfield Avenue, is visible to the left and above Tanley Field. St. Paul's Lutheran Church, at 304 Monroe Avenue, can be seen as well. The slide is stamped "Apr 1958."
