Included in the scene are two bulldozers, two backhoes for digging trenches, and a section of a concrete culvert. This part of Minnesota Avenue was renovated during the summer of 2010, partially funded with $16.5 million of 'stimulus' funds from the federal government to stimulate the economy during a recession began at the end of 2008.
