The document entitled, "KC Hall Information" gives a summary of repairs to the KC Hall building from 1959 to 2007.  Also attached is a history which is of the financial transactions to purchase the building and improvements and repairs.  The report was compiled by Gil A. Dullinger and submitted February 14, 1984.
A five page document gives the history of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church.  The document begins with the establishment of the church in 1870 and summarizes major events until 1953.  It includes a list of the pastors and some membership statistics. 
A third document is a copy establishing the Herman J. Zenz Scholarship Fund.  The fund was established by the Anoka Council No. 2018, Knights of Columbus and the Anoka Home Association.  The scholarship is to be awarded annually to a student of the Church of St. Stephen School of Anoka, MN.  Document is dated February 14, 1995.
