Description
Spittoon: Toy spittoon created by Red Wing Stoneware for the Red Wing Collectors Society 2019 Convention Commemorative. It is a replica of miniature spittoons originally made and sold in 1896.The spittoon features a combination of zinc glaze and Albany slip. From the neck up and the inside of the piece are a dark brown. The rest of the body of the piece is a light tan. Stamped on the bottom of the spittoon in blue/black ink are the words "Red Wing Collectors Society July 11-13 Convention 2019."
