Description
Northome stone arch, Deephaven, MN. Northome's stone arch was built in the late 1870s by Charles Gibson as the entrance to his estate, Northome. The left portion of the low stone wall was removed to admit trucks, and in 1925 the road was improved to accommodate increasing automobile traffic.
