Description

Card stock bi-fold menu. Front and back cover have an orange background. Front has 3 cartoon drawings in rectangles. Top middle has white background and an orange and black drum with pale grey top and black drum sticks. Diagonally down to left has a grey background with a white teepee with orange markings, a black half circle door and black lodge poles at the top. An orange circle is to the left of the top of the teepee. A black rectangle below the white one has a feathered headdress with orange, white and grey feathers, and a grey headband with orange markings. ‘Super Dome Hiawathas’ is in black cursive below the pictures with large white ‘Lounge’ in print with the L extending between the words ‘Super’ and ‘Dome’.

The back has a black rectangle on the lower left with a slanted white bordered orange logo with white lettering ‘The Milwaukee Road’ in the center. 

Inside is white with black print. Along the top of the menu, ‘All beverages are opened in the presence of our guests and served from the original sealed individual container’                  Listed on the left side are items available ‘From the Bar’ in the categories of ‘Cocktails’ priced at .95, 'Mixed Drinks' priced at 1.05, ‘Liquors’ priced at .90-1.05, ‘Wines’ priced at .75, 'Beer and Ale' priced at .50-.75, ‘Liqueurs and Brandy’ priced at .90-1.10. Below the list ‘ Prices shown subject to sales tax in states where applicable’                                                                           On the right side are ‘Soft Drinks’ priced at .25-.35, ‘Cigars, Cigarettes, Etc.’  priced at .10-.75  All items have prices to the right each item listed after a line of dots.

Bottom right states ‘Management asks our patrons to kindly refrain from card playing’  Below that are directions to the dining car. The bottom lists ‘W.R. Jones, Superintendent Dining Car Service Chicago, Illinois 60606’ and ‘C. C. Dilley, General Manager, Passenger Services Chicago, Illinois 60606’.
