Description
White neckerchief in original unopened package.  Printing in red of the Scout fleur-de-lis, a hand showing the Boy Scout three-finger salute, and the words National Council.  In royal blue are the words Minneapolis (with the salute forming the letter M) and 1973 Annual Meeting.  There is a royal blue narrow hem edge around the neckerchief.  Boy Scouts of America uniform piece folded into a triangle, worn around the collar and held in place in front with a neckerchief slide.
