Scott on the left.  Text:  Over 15 ½ years outstanding service to education in Henn. Co.  Re-elect Robert E. Scott Hennepin County Superintendent of Schools.  General Election Tuesday, November 7, 1950.  This Office Has Been Economically and Efficiently Run Under His leadership.  Prepared and Circulated by Robert E. Scott, 3924 Randall Avenue, St. Louis Park, in His Own Behalf." A union ‘bug’ is also printed on the front side. The back side is an absorbent paper for blotting ink pens.
