Description
Projectile (Spear) Point 3 + inches long and 1 1/2" wide. Colors re dark grey tending to black with red on one side. Found on the east bay after a storm October 27, 2010. It is an igneous material and it has been sharpened on the point.

Tammy brought it to the attention of geologists, including Sue Mullholland. There is yet question of exactly what period it is from. Possibilities are;
? Knife River flint? Tammy feels it is older, and it is chert?
Is it Raddatz Point? Named for rock found at Raddatz in Wisconsin.
Is it HBLC-- Hudson Bay lowlant chert?
There is a possibility it is jasper taconite.

It does not seem to be a "perfect" raddatz point (3,000-6,000 years old).
It has some characteristics of St. Charles Point, a site in Missours (7-9,000 years old).
