Description
Wicker inner sides covered in black cloth. Top is black cloth with satin lining. Bill is glossy, stiff vinyl. Same black cloth band with golden yellow piping on top and bottom of band. Two eyelet vent holes on both sides above band.
Shiny brass ‘Conductor’ on rectangular badge with black background. A circular area included in center with ‘The Milwaukee Road’ with red painted background. Golden buttons on each side of hat band ‘CMSTP&P’
Lining has a zigzag sewn on clear vinyl, diamond shaped pocket to hold ID badge.
Cloth tag on center back is attached with a staple through a small ribbon bow. Size is ‘7 1/8’ and also lists ‘Lot’ and ‘Price’ both of which are partially obscured by the bow.
