Description
A small, handheld device made of metal and plastic. The front has several concentric circles with multiple being rotatable. The circles on this dial have various numbers and markers on them. Below the dial there is an indentation is the device that contains a downward curving line with a dot on the left end, a small red pointer and a triangular green pointer sit above the line, a plastic cover is attached over the cavity. On the back there is a piece that folds upwards, it has a clear plastic, bumpy surface. Carrying strap is roughly 28 inches. Donated by Florence Scholljegerdes in 2006.
