Description

This brown Girl Scout brownie uniform is made with a collar, a back yoke, and a front placket. The placket has four buttonholes and the four brown buttons have two holes and the Girl Scout logo stamped into the button. The short sleeves have one-inch folded-up hems. The left sleeve has brown and white patches sewn onto sleeve that read the number 14. There is a seam at the waist with the attached skirt with a 2 inch hem. The left side seam of the dress has a 7 inch metal zipper. The back has two 1 ½ inch belt loop sewn into the waist seam. On the left chest, there is a 3 ½ x 4 inch attached pocket with rounded bottom corners. There is a ½ inch brown grosgrain ribbon sewn to the pocket that reads, “Girl Scouts USA”. There are two labels attached at the neck. One is a white cloth label that is washed out. The other cloth tag reads, “Permanent Press, 65 % dacron polyester, 35 % cotton, No ironing needed.” then additional washing instructions and “Official Girl GS Scouts.”
