Description
2026.042.002  This black leather helmet with glossy black finish has an ornamental front plate with an eagle with crown and the words Mitt Gott Fur Koning Und Vaterland on a ribbon (With God for King and Fatherland). A brass cone like shape in brass sits at the top. Leather like fingers surround the inside. Attached tag reads: WW I German Khlan helmet brought by me (Vic Langer) from France 1919.
