"The handle is 15 inches long and has a varnish finish. It is 1.25 inches in diameter. The stone is 4.5 inches long and about 3 inches wide. It has a worn groove in the middle that is how it is fastened to the handle with a piece of leather. The leather is fastened with a nail.
