Description
Copper spear point. The copper for this projectile point was likely quarried near Lake Superior 3,000-6,000 years ago. These spear points date from the Late Archaic Period 4000-1000 BCE.

Found near ski chalet in Barsness Park by David Lee. It was found sticking out of the ground under the tower for the tow rope on the ski hill. There is a small mound near one of the lower towers. The mound had been cut into near the tower and this point was protruding from the ground.
