Description

2 piece wedding dress with shoes work by Didrikke Lein when she married Bertinius K. / B.K. Savre in 1902. The dress was used again in 1937 by her daughter Valborg Savre when she married Raymond Ranney. There are several photographs of the couples as well as images of the dress worn at anniversary parties. The dress features a high lace collar and lace yoke. The blouse is ruffled with flared sleeves. The skirt has ruffles at the bottom and features a short train.
