Description
This white clay jar with a knobbed cover measures 8 1/2 inches in diameter by 10 1/2 inches high. Two eagle designs, each on an opposite side of the jar, are worked in dark brown with just a touch of light brown. This beautifully made jar was made by a Hopi woman, younger than the famous Nampeyo, but one who may some day become as skillful as her predecessor.Related People and Organizations
