Photograph of construction workers laying bricks during the construction of the Public Safety Building (Goodhue County Jail) in Red Wing. H.L Olson and Sons were the General Contractors, and S.C. Smiley and Association were the Architects.
The photo is a duplicate of the photos in the photograph album 2011.18.40.
