White collar to be buttoned to a collarless shirt. There are 2 brass buttons. One to fasten it to the shirt, and one to close the collar in front. It is 16.5" long and 2.25" wide. SPrinting inside reads: "Arrow - Cluette, Peabody & Co., Indiana USA" and "Downs".
