Description
World War II military uniform jacket, "Eisenhower" or Ike style. Olive drab wool. Lined with khaki twill. There are insignia pins on each lapel. One is a castle and the other is a tank. On the viewers left breast is a patch with a gold eagle and gold circle, signifying honorable discharged. On the viewers right breast are four service ribbons bars: Blue, white and red vertical striped Silver Star Ribbon. Purple center with white vertical stripes on the edge- Legion of Merit Ribbon. Red background with six white stripes- Good Conduct Ribbon. Green and brown with multi colored stripes and five stars- Europe- Africa-Middle-East Ribbon five campaigns. On the viewers left shoulder there is a blue, yellow and red triangle patch for the U.S. 7th Army Division. On the viewers right shoulder is a red, yellow, and blue triangle patch with a tank, number 1 and a red lightning bolt for . On the viewers right cuff are two patches: one is green with four gold bars and the other is a diagonal green and black stripe. On  both the left and right shoulders are two silver and black chevrons.
