Description
(1) Round sticker from COVID-19 Vaccine. Yellow background with blue and black text and a white box with red check mark through it. " I GOT MY COVID-19 VACCINE". At the bottom of the sticker is  "IMMUNIZE.ORG/COVID-19". Based on the website link the sticker was produced by the Immunization Action Coalition. Sticker is on its original white glassine backing paper.

According to the donor form donor is HCSCC Collections Manager and picked up the materials when receiving first COVID-19 vaccine shot on Feb. 26, 2021 at Hjemkomst Center ( leftover vaccine)
