Description
Horse hide lap robe. Green wool backing with one row of green trim and one row of red trim. The hide is from a sorrel or bay horse, it is reddish brown. The horse's name was "King" and lived on a farm south of Glyndon. The hide was prepared at Miller Tanning Company in Crookston, Minnesota.

Cris Gudmundson, Ed Gudmundson's father, ran a delivery service in Mountain, ND.
