Steel button closure "ADAMS U.S.A" stamped on the top of the button. b) Stainless steel forceps. Angled, pointed tip. "CRAF-APSCO U.S.A" stamped on the end. c) Stainless steel scalpel. "BARD-PARKER" brand handle. "BP Made in U.S.A, 24" blade. An "H" is scratched into the end of the handle. Initial could stand for "Humphrey."d) Stainless steel forceps. Straight, rounded tip.
