C E Erickson Land Co Parade Float

Description

A postcard showing a horse drawn parade float for the C.E. Erickson Land Co. on a residential street. There are four children sitting on the float, with a fifth sitting to drive the wagon. There is a sign raised above the wagon horizontally that reads "C.E. Erickson Land Co. (Inc.)" and "We Sell the Earth in Small Parts" with a landscape image of a body of water between the two text blocks. The wagon wheels and horses are adorned with flowers, while the wagon, the sign, and the children are wearing star patterns and American flags. The wagon is in front of a house with a small crowd between.
