Certificate from the US Postmaster General. Mildred Westlund (Mrs. George) Smith was the daughter of the Milaca Free Church pastor and her father-in-law, John Smith, bought a home and barn south of Free Church. Certificate was found in barn. Property had been owned by a Mr. Marsh who was a mail carrier.
