Periwinkle/baby blue satin frame cap with matching bow in back. Front framed with white lace veil. Rows of hand stitching on back sides. Lined with synthetic fabric.  Worn as part of a women's traditional provincial Swedish folk dress, or folkdräkt, costume.  Unattributed.
