Navy blue felt front with green, red, and beige applique with chain-stitched embroidery. Back and lining are black cotton. There is a folded tunnel across the top through which a length of Swedish braid would be run to create a strap/binding. Worn as part of a women's traditional provincial Swedish folk dress, or folk drakt, costume. Unattributed.
