A Hmong brass jaw harp ("ncas") with colorful pom-pom ornaments attached with a string. The instrument also comes with a wooden cover that contains carvings on the wide- end. The jaw harp was used by many Hmong men to court Hmong women. Sometimes, after playing the jaw harp, the men would sing a song called "Kwv Txhiaj" to elaborate on their feelings.
