This large story cloth depicts the daily life in a Hmong village. There are Hmong men and women gathering food, farming, harvesting, and cutting down tree. There's also depiction of animal domestication, such as chickens, ox, and horses. There are two Hmong instruments present in this story cloth, a raaj (flute) and a qeej. Almost every Hmong men and women in this story cloth is carrying a kawm, which is a foraging basket use to carry food, farming tools, and sometimes blankets for sleeping over at the farm or for wedding purpose.
