Description

"Lue" is labeled on the bottom of the wooden block the doll is kneeling on. She's wearing a head wrap with gold earrings and cuffs with a silver necklace. She have on a black shirt with silver sequin design and an embroidered orange wrapped skirt. She belongs to Southeast Asia ethnic groups.

Geographic Notes
Bought in Vientiane, Laos by Clarice Osborn in the early 1970s. Osborn brought them with her to the US in Brenham, TX.
