The proclamation signed in 2013 by MN Governor Mark Dayton & Lt. Governor Tina Smith in 2013 acknowledging Hmong American Day in MN. Hmong American MN have been celebrating that special day, May 14th every year to commemorate Hmong history, culture, and contribution in the Vietnam War. 
This t-shirt was designed for Hmong American Day in 2017. The event in 2017 took place at MN History Center on May 14. The pink and green logo was created in 2017, since then have been Hmong Day's logo. The back facing gives credit to the sponsor organization group, Prairie Seeds Academy.
