Description
Candlestick telephone from the Jacob Anfinson farm in Milaca. Was loaned by Leslie Anfinson for use in presentations for the second grade, and subsequently donated. Heavy black metal, brown felt base, frayed wire to earpiece. The earpiece rest pivots up and down (would have clicked to alert operator), mouthpiece also pivots up and down to adjust height. Etched on mouthpiece “*329*”. “Property of the American Bell Telephone Company” etched around back of mouthpiece.
