Description

Female doll made of cloth, wire, wood, paint and braid.  Depicts traditional provincial Swedish folk dress, or folkdräkt.  This outfit includes a grey dress, a red ½-apron with thin vertical stripes in white and blue and a black and red braid waistband/tie, red mittens, hat and stockings and natural wood shoes.  She has white thread hair and painted facial features.  Original Gammelgården artifact number D-0439-19.  Attributed to Charlotte Weibull.
