Description
A female doll made of cloth, wire and thread.  Depicts a Swedish folk dress, or folkdräkt, costume that includes a mustard yellow skirt with brown hem, a red ½-apron with a blue trim detail and white stitched designs, a white blouse, a pink brocade vest, a white, lace-edged shawl with pink and green stitched ‘x’s in a black grid pattern, a tan cap with a stitched embellishment on the top and a lace trim, blue stockings, white bloomers, and black ‘leather’ shoes.  The doll has a pair of yellow (blonde) thread braids and painted facial features.  Attributed to Charlotte Weibull.
