Description
A female doll made of cloth, wire, wood and thread.  Depicts the provincial folk dress, or folkdräkt, of Jämtland, Sweden.  The outfit includes a skirt with vertical stripes in orange, green, yellow, brown and tan, a black pocket purse with a dark red flower, a ½-apron with vertical stripes in tan, dark red and green, a green vest with white buttons, an off-white blouse with a stitched detail below the collar, a black cap with lace, red stockings, white bloomers and black wood shoes.  The doll has a pair of yellow (blonde) braids with red ties and painted facial features.
