Description
A male doll made of cloth, wire, wood, string, yarn and beads.  Depicts a fiddler wearing the provincial folk dress, or folkdräkt, of Herrestad, Skåne, Sweden.  His outfit includes yellow knickers with red and yellow yarn ties at the knees, a blue vest with green stitching and beads for buttons, a white shirt, a black hat with a red band, white stockings and natural wood shoes.  He holds a wood fiddle with his left hand and a wood bow with his right.  He has yellow (blonde) thread hair and painted facial features.  Attributed to Charlotte Weibull.
