A pair of dolls, male and female, made of cloth, wire, wood, yarn and thread. The dolls depict the provincial folk dress, or folkdräkt, of Östra Göinge Härad, Sweden. The male, a fiddler, wears yellow knickers with red and yellow yarn ties at the knees, a red vest with bead buttons, a black floral bow tie, a white shirt, a black cap, white stockings and natural wood shoes. He holds a wooden fiddle with his left hand and a wooden bow with his right. He has yellow (blonde) thread hair and painted facial features. The female wears a green skirt with a black band near the bottom, a matching green vest, a ½-apron with vertical stripes in red, green, black and white, a white blouse with scalloped cuffs and collar, green cap with gold trim, white bloomers and stockings and natural wood shoes. She has a pair of yellow (blonde) thread braids with red ties and painted facial features. They stand on a wood base that reads: “O Göinge Härad”. Tag on the female skirt: “Charlotte Weibull, Malmo, Sweden ©”.
