Description
A female doll made of cloth, wire, thread and wood.  Depicts the national Swedish folk costume, or folkdräkt.  This outfit includes a blue skirt, a yellow ½-apron with a blue panel with stitched daisies and greenery, a blue vest with stitched daisies and greenery, a white blouse with a lace collar, and a white bonnet/cap with lace trim.  She has a pair of yellow, or blonde, braids and painted facial features.  Her lower body is formed by a wood post and a round wooden base.  There is a fabric “Charlotte Weibull” tag sewn into the interior of the skirt and a round sticker on the bottom of the base that reads: “Charlotte Weibulls Dockcenter, Malmo, Åkarp, Sweden”.
