Description
A female doll made of turned wood, paint, fiber and yarn.  Depicts traditional provincial Swedish folk dress, or folkdräkt.  Her painted outfit includes a dark red dress with gold painted dots evoking a neckline, or necklace and a grey ½-apron featuring two white flowers with green stems and leaves.  The turned head features pale, blonde, fiber for hair worn with bangs and a pair of braids tied with red yarn and inked facial features.  There was a maker's label on the bottom of the base that is no longer present.
