Description

A round canister made of birch bark and wood.  The box sides feature horizontal bands of birch with triangular shaped notches at the edges and a repeating pattern of perforations of six small circles around a larger central circle.  The bands on the sides feature several shades of stain, from very light to dark brown.  See also H-1501b-26 for the accompanying lid.  Attribution (on the base of the lid): G.
