Description

A chain strung with multi-colored beads, attached to a twisted length of brown leather that forms a loop and connects to a tassel made of strips of felt in brown, yellow, blue and green.  The shorter of two matching chains, it is part of a Sami (Saami, Sapmi) folk dress, or folkdräkt, outfit.  See also C-0299a-21 through C-0299i-21 for the other elements of the outfit.  Dated to the 1980's.  Unattributed.
