Description

A blue felt child's Sami, or Saami, or Sapmi, hat with red felt along the front brim decorated with two rows of Swedish braid and a row of yellow rickrack, with blue fabric trim at the back, and red and blue braided yarn ties with blue, red and yellow yarn tassels at the ends.  Lined with a quilted blue fabric.  Worn as part of a Sami, or Saami, or Sapmi, child's traditional folk dress, or folkdräkt, outfit.  Unattributed.
