Description

A boot made with wool, reindeer fur/hide, felt, flannel and rubber.  The boot features a bright blue wool body, an off-white fur tongue/top, white fur and red felt around the ankle opening, and green, red, black and white braid trim around the tongue/top and ankle opening.  With off-white flannel lining and a black rubber sole.  The boot features a pointed, raised toe.  Winter boot worn as part of a Sami, or Saami, or Sapmi, women's folk dress, or folk drakt, outfit.  One of a pair - see also C-0234a-13.  Stamped on sole: “Nomina, 39, Made in Norway”.
