Description
A padded blue felt/wool tea cozy with red and yellow rickrack trim, a red felt ‘sun’ applique across the front bottom edge, a white stamp of a Sami, or Saami, or Sapmi, individual riding in a low sled pulled by a reindeer, and a red cotton lining.  There is some faded writing on the front of the hat at the bottom of the red felt ‘sun’ applique that is not legible.  Unattributed.
