Description
A black crepe skirt with black satin waistband and hook-and-eye closure at the back.  Featuring a 2-¾" wide horizontal red band 3-½" above the bottom hem.  Worn as part of a women's traditional provincial folk dress, or folk drakt, costume from Rattvik, Dalarna, Sweden.  See also C-0530b-26 through C-0530e-26 for the other pieces of this costume.  Unattributed.
