Description
A green wool skirt with pleats and a black elastic waistband.  Metal hook closure with a black nylon pocket at the closure/opening.  Worn as part of a women's traditional provincial Swedish folk dress, or folk drakt, costume.  See also C-0550b-26 through C-0550g-26 for the other pieces of this costume.  Unattributed.
