Description

An oval green wool pocket purse with looping and floral embroidery in crimson, gold, pink, blue and green embroidery thread (matches embroidery on the associated scarf - C-0550e-26).  With red fabric trim, a red matte ribbon strap, and black nylon lining.  The initials “R K” embroidered at the top of the bag.  Worn as part of a women's traditional provincial Swedish folk dress, or folk drakt, costume.  Unattributed.
