Description

A vest made with green floral cotton on the bodice and straps, green fabric trim, twelve pewter clasps with black cord for lacing the vest closed, lined with red and white striped wool.  Worn as part of a women's traditional provincial folk dress, or folk drakt, costume from Rattvik, Dalarna, Sweden.  See also C-0272-18 through C-0276-18 for the other pieces of this costume.  Unattributed.
