Description
A black wool skirt with colorful floral embroidery in yarn (in pink, red, blue, green and white) around the bottom hem.  With a red fabric trim around the bottom.  With metal hooks around the fabric waistband that connect with the accompanying vest.  Worn as part of women's traditional folk dress, or folk drakt, costume from Dala Floda, Dalarna, Sweden.  See also C-0551b-26 through C-0551f-26 for the other pieces of this costume.  Unattributed.
